What Determines Tuition?

Tuition rates are based on several factors, including your child's age, the specific program, and the number of days and hours your child will attend. Our Academy will work closely with you to review these details and determine the most accurate tuition rate for your family.

How to Enroll

Here are the steps for enrolling your child at Focus Child Care:

Schedule a Visit:
We invite you to schedule a tour of our facility to observe the environment, meet our caring staff, and ask any questions you may have. During the visit, we will discuss our programs, daily routines, and safety protocols to ensure our center aligns with your child’s needs.

 

Review Enrollment Requirements:
After your visit, we will provide you with an enrollment packet, which includes forms you need to complete. These documents typically include:

  • Child's application form
  • Health and immunization record

Submit Required Documents:
Complete and submit the necessary paperwork, including your child's birth certificate, health records, and emergency contact information. We also require updated immunization records for your child.

Pay Tuition and Secure Your Spot:
At Focus Child Care, we do not charge any registration fees. To secure your child’s spot, we will provide you with a clear breakdown of tuition costs, payment options, and any additional fees. Additionally, we assist parents in filing Title XX forms to help with child care assistance.

Complete Health and Safety Requirements:
Focus Child Care follows all state health and safety regulations. Ensure your child’s immunizations are up to date and submit any required medical forms. If necessary, we can provide additional information regarding health and safety protocols.

  • Attend Orientation:
    Before your child’s first day, we offer an orientation session to introduce you to our staff, review our center's policies, and answer any questions you might have about your child’s experience. This is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with our program.

  • Confirm Start Date:
    Once everything is set, we will confirm your child’s start date. Be sure to prepare any required materials (e.g., diapers, a change of clothes, snacks), and we look forward to welcoming your child to Focus Child Care!
